About O. Paul ANDREW Paul is a serial entrepreneur and investor with over three and half decades of business consulting. He has worked with some of the leading firms in Switzerland, The Netherlands and France. His investment advisory practice and private office have acquired interests in Winery, Energy, Automobile and Marine businesses. He’s currently the Executive Chairman of BlackPace Group, a diversified investment advisory firm. Paul runs his Private office out of Lagos, Geneva and with a liaison presence in London. Member of the European Economic Association.

Ken AIGBINODE

About Ken AIGBINODE Ken’s financial sector experience spanned 40 years having commenced his banking career with Barclays Bank Plc in 1975. He later joined the Nigerian-American Merchant Bank, where he worked for 10 years including a 6-month credit training internship with the Bank of Boston. He subsequently joined Fidelity Bank Plc between 1998 and 2003. He left as the Acting Managing Director after leading the bank’s transformation from merchant to commercial banking in a leading position in the Nigerian banking industry. Arese ALONGE

About Arese ALONGE Arese was Executive Director at Unity Bank. Her financial sector experience spans over 30 years having worked for some of Nigeria’s leading institutions such as Guaranty Trust Bank Plc and Access Bank Plc. As Group Head of Financial Institutions, she actively participated in the bank's recapitalisation strategy. Arese also pioneered the bank's maritime sector where she built a well-structured institutional portfolio. Her areas of banking expertise include Treasury Operations, Client acquisition, relationship management and strategic product development

Kome EMUH

About Kome EMUH Kome was VP at Goldman Sachs and is currently the Chief Operating Officer of Global Markets Operations Engineering in New York. She has assumed a number of executive management and strategy roles, working as Chief Of Staff for the Head of European Technology at Goldman Sachs and Chief Of Staff for the Global Head of Operations at J.P. Morgan in London. Kome graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in International Business, Finance and Economics from the University of Manchester.

Keiko Sydenham

Keiko Sydenham Keiko Sydenham is a hedge fund strategist, Alternative investment guru spanning over two decades. As Global Head of Alternative Investment at JP Morgan, Keiko handled several deals in private equity, real estate, infrastructure, private credit, and another alternative investment fund. She also managed institutional investor relationships while at a US-based investment banking firm. Keiko later joined Blackstone Group as Managing Director in Japan. She was a founding member of LUCA and alternative investment boutique in Tokyo, Japan. Alexndre RADO

About Alexandre RADO Alexandre RADO, CFA is a Financial analyst and investment manager with over three decades of experience with some of the leading Swiss financial institutions - as a proprietary trader, private banker and wealth management. He was with UBS and Credit Suisse until he moved to Banque Edouard Constant 9now EFG Private Bank) and he rose to become the First VP. Alex runs his hedge fund business out of Monaco. ADVISORY BOARD

Komani Energies Advisory Board is constituted to administer value to the planned $500M Africa Clean Energy Fund to be launched in 2025. The purpose of the fund is to invest in Africa’s emerging renewable energy sectors.
The firm is the founder and driving force of “Africa Clean Energy Fund ACEF”. With some commitments already secured from institutional partners, the fund will target specific renewable energy projects in the Power sectors of the African economy. ACEF will be distributed mostly in Africa, Middle East and some select EU countries, and the USA.

Leslie BLAIR

Leslie Blair is an energy expert with over four decades in the energy upstream sector in Africa. Leslie has an extensive career in the oil and gas industry, with experience as a director and executive in various companies such as Eland Oil & Gas plc, Addax Petroleum, and Banyan Asian Capital Limited. With a background in finance and commercial management, Leslie has worked on projects in Nigeria, India, and the Middle East. Leslie is currently serving as a Non Executive Director at Elcrest Exploration & Production Nig Ltd., a joint venture company between Seplat Energy plc and Starcrest Exploration Nigeria Limited. Leslie’s education includes a MA in Finance from the University of Aberdeen.

Michael Weston led LNG activities for Shell on Nigeria LNG, Director of Nigeria LNG and Bonny Gas Transport. Director of Shell Petroleum Development Company of Nigeria. Developed
gas strategy for Shell in Nigeria. Head of LNG strategy for Texaco. Shipping, finance and
management advisor for Angola LNG for ChevronTexaco. President/CEO of Global Energy Inc. Managing Consultant for Gas Strategies Limited- own consulting company for oil/gas strategies for major projects.

Alexandre RADO, CFA

Alex Rado is a hedge-fund specialist and portfolio manager with over 22 years of asset management experience. He worked with various banks in Switzerland and mostly in the private banking unit at UBS, in Zurich and Singapore, Union Bancaire Prive, Geneva and Banque Édouard Constant (Now EFG Private Bank). He was 1st Vice President at Banque Édouard Constant prior to setting up his private practice. He has Msc, Economics from the University of Geneva.

Bolaji ODUNSIN

Bolaji Odunsi is a seasoned financier with board-level experience across Europe and the U.S. With 30+ years in global investments spanning manufacturing, security, oil & gas, healthcare, infrastructure, and distribution, he co-founded Stirling Square Capital Partners and held key roles at Compass and BC Partners. A visionary leader, strategic thinker, and Chartered Accountant, he also co-founded Lagos-based Marcelle Ruth Cancer & Specialist Hospital. He holds a BSc in Civil Engineering and a Philosophy diploma from King’s College London.

Adeyemi DIPEOLU

Dr. Dipeolu, an Adjunct Professor at UCT’s Nelson Mandela School, is a distinguished economist, strategist, and diplomat. A former Special Adviser to Nigeria’s President on Economic Matters, he has shaped fiscal, trade, industrial policy, governance, and economic development. He held key roles at the UN Economic Commission for Africa and was an ambassador in multiple countries. A respected thought leader, SOAS fellow, and AfCFTA advisor, he studied at Ife, Oxford, Cambridge, and South Africa, driving Africa’s sustainable economic transformation and innovation.
