ADVISORY BOARDKomani Energies Advisory Board is constituted to administer value to the planned $500M Africa Clean Energy Fund to be launched in 2025. The purpose of the fund is to invest in Africa’s emerging renewable energy sectors.
The firm is the founder and driving force of “Africa Clean Energy Fund ACEF”. With some commitments already secured from institutional partners, the fund will target specific renewable energy projects in the Power sectors of the African economy. ACEF will be distributed mostly in Africa, Middle East and some select EU countries, and the USA.

Kome was VP at Goldman Sachs and is currently the Chief Operating Officer of Global Markets Operations Engineering in New York. She has assumed a number of executive management and strategy roles, working as Chief Of Staff for the Head of European Technology at Goldman Sachs and Chief Of Staff for the Global Head of Operations at J.P. Morgan in London.
Kome graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in International Business, Finance and
Economics from the University of Manchester.

Bolaji Odunsi is a seasoned financier with board-level experience across Europe and the U.S. With 30+ years in global investments spanning manufacturing, security, oil & gas, healthcare, infrastructure, and distribution, he co-founded Stirling Square Capital Partners and held key roles at Compass and BC Partners. A visionary leader, strategic thinker, and Chartered Accountant, he also co-founded Lagos-based Marcelle Ruth Cancer & Specialist Hospital. He holds a BSc in Civil Engineering and a Philosophy diploma from King’s College London.

Dr. Dipeolu, an Adjunct Professor at UCT’s Nelson Mandela School, is a distinguished economist, strategist, and diplomat. A former Special Adviser to Nigeria’s President on Economic Matters, he has shaped fiscal, trade, industrial policy, governance, and economic development. He held key roles at the UN Economic Commission for Africa and was an ambassador in multiple countries. A respected thought leader, SOAS fellow, and AfCFTA advisor, he studied at Ife, Oxford, Cambridge, and South Africa, driving Africa’s sustainable economic transformation and innovation.
